“Speedy delivery, excellent service when calling to place the order and the monthly budgeting scheme is a massive weight off your mind knowing that you can order when you need it rather than when you can afford to pay what is quite a large utility bill. The new monthly balance statement is also great as you can really keep on top of what you have used and if you need to increase your payments etc.”

“We cannot recommend Oilfast highly enough! Gay & the team are a joy and have such a personal & caring approach to those they supply. My partner & I are disabled and their care and empathy is so appreciated. We did, at one point, through our own fault, run out of oil a few months ago. Gay and the team helped us straight away with a delivery, with their usual care and good humour. Such a good company who benefits from such a great team! To the whole team at Oilfast, we cannot thank you enough! :-)”

“18th March late afternoon I notice my radiators were cold. I went out to my garage to check my boiler which hadn’t switched on. I pressed the reset button but it didn’t fire up. I have a Watchman which was showing 4 bars. A very good neighbour of mine checked the oil level in my tank and the level of oil was below the tap. I have never run out of oil before as I always relied on the watchman. It was obviously faulty. 19th March at 8.00 a.m. I phoned Oilfast in Crieff to explain my predicament. I spoke to Rhys who was extremely helpful and spoke to Paul the Tanker driver who said that he would deliver 500 litres. True to his word at 11 o’clock the same day he turned up. He explained that the balance to fill my tank would be delivered the next week. Thank you Oilfast staff for your excellent service. Dorothy Arnott”

“Appalled at apparent lack of management for monthly direct debit system. I notified them that I had lost my job, and asked if I could review my payments and perhaps reduce, was advised at that poing that there was small debt outstanding at present, but it would resolve itself. Continued to deliver large quantities of oil, without notification until after the fact, and now advise that the debt has increased significantly over that time, and is now due immediately. Admittedly, I should not have trusted their ability to manage this in a customer friendly way, and I bear some responsibility for not realising how far it would go, but then just to ring up with a cheery phone call saying I owe a huge amount of money I don't have is diabolical. Am unbelievably stressed by it all, even more so as I have been a loyal customer for many many years.”

“The ordering is a straight forward process for me I just check the price being offered and take it from there. All staff when on the phone are approachable. Delivery staff know thgeir stuff. Always close gates and leave the area around the tank as they find it, respecting your property. Lokk forard to dealing with them again and looking at their new website that has just gone live.”
