“Been using oil fast for years. It always had good moral, recently staff seem apathetic and rude. Tommy would do anything to help you out, since he left it's gone dramatically down hill.”

“I have been with oil fast at inch for many many years. The ladies in the office are very nice and polite. Always very helpful if I have had to phone for any reason. If I am here when I get a delivery the guy is always very nice and polite. I wouldn’t use any where else!”

“Very good service although a big downside is having to pay upfront for a set amount of litres and then having to pay again if overfilled. Would prefer just to have tank filled and invoiced for payment. Card details could be checked before delivery.”

“I use Oilfast in Insch primarily because it is a local business and I prefer to support local businesses. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will go to great lengths to help out with emergency supplies or other problems. Oilfast is not the cheapest provider and in the past I have had a couple of issues with delayed deliveries. I guess I am quite a big customer judging by the amount of oil we use in a month and I would have hoped that there would be some kind of discount or special rate for regular customers. My biggest concern, in running a guest house, is running out of oil. I am not keen on the suggested system of the automatic top up warning. I check the tank weekly with a dipper stick and order when I feel the time is right. At one time it took 2 weeks to get oil and I think that for me is the biggest problem. If I knew it would always be within a week I could relax a bit more.”
