“I found the selection and ordering process user friendly and the product accurately described. Home delivery was we'll managed, but the packaging was pretty shoddy and damaged to the point that I expected the chair to be damaged. However, apart from a small indentation in the leather backing it had survived well. Though I phoned their customer service, after a brief conversation I decided the matter was not sufficiently worthy of pursuit.”

“I ordered my chair on the Friday expecting it to be delivered on the following Monday, and it turned up Saturday morning. Unfortunately it was damaged so I contacted by e mail and received a reply first thing Monday morning from Adam , who apologised and said he would rectify. I received replacements the very next day all perfect. Can’t praise this company for speed of rectifying problems and for their communication. You can normally judge a company by their customer service when things go wrong and office boffins didn’t disappoint.”
