“Appears to be a well made, robust chair, pleasing on the eye and comfortable to sit in. It is to be hoped that these plus points do not turn into negatives as the chair gets more and more use. The assembly instructions were simple and straightforward, so far there is only praise for the chair. Delivery was also seamless and on time. I hope the guarantee is not required, but if it is the same efficient service will be expected.”
