“The Office Boffins site was easy to navigate and delivery was timely. (Next working day; ordered on Friday and delivered the following Monday.) When the chair (Jack 11 Executive) arrived it had a faulty part. Adam at Office Boffins responded quickly and arranged to send a replacement part straight away. We're most impressed. This is a company definitely worth encouraging.”

“Ordered an office chair. Nice comfy chair easy to assemble. My only complaint would be the packaging. The box arrived very mis-shapen with the courier's own tape holding it together. Quite possibly caused by courier bad handling but cardboard did seem a little inadequate for the weight of chair. No damage to contents though.”

“Comfortable, well built chair, but a bit “wobbly” when sitting on it. Easy to put together. Quick ordering and delivery. Box turned up split and slightly flattened (like it had been rough handled/dropped), however the chair inside was well packaged, so luckily not damaged.”
