“I believe in Nutri-Links products and have been using them for many years. Very efficient postal service, I have always received them the next day. The only negative is when items are out of stock and take months before they come back in stock again, this has caused me a few problems. For example GTA Forte had an amazing affect on my thyroid levels to the point I was able to reduce my medication from 125mg-25mg daily. I had the reverse effect when they became out of stock for many weeks.”

“Product was very good but delivery was quite slow due to Brexit customs procedures which held up a bit for a few days or more. In addition to that, an excise duty of 23% post- Brexit, was levied on all products which were new to me. Thus makes it a bit more expensive to buy cos I have to think of the total cost inclusive of excise duty tax as well, now and in future.”

“Didn't like having to register to buy products, as too much hassle. website good, products arrived quickley. One of them is so big difficult to swallow - would prefer to take 2 smaller ones in a day. Will order again”

“Nutrilink is and has always been a good company. I am afraid the courier is not. I paid for this to arrive yesterday it never arrived”

Hi Sherrie Thank you for your review. On checking your delivery, it appears that when you placed your order on line you selected and paid for DPD next working day, and as you placed your order on Friday, this would not normally be delivered until Monday. Kind regards Jenny

“While the delivery was prompt and all purchased products have been delivered in the expected quality and quantity, the delivery service itself via DPD was poor - my customer was at home during the announced delivery schedule, but the driver did not ring the bell. Instead, DPD sent a message to pick up the sending at a supermarket within the customer's building the next day while it was already left there on the scheduled delivery day. Obviously, a bad behaviour of DPD or at least its driver to cut time but confusing to the customer. I recognize that this is not NutriLink's direct fault and on my future purchases which I will do for sure I hope having a better delivery service.”

“The company is run by and staffed by dedicated people, the products are excellent and the postgraduate education is very good. The website used to work well for me. It was rebuilt and unfortunately is now a lot worse than it was. In particular, the address book facility is totally unfit for purpose. I've tried editing my address book and it doesn't work. Apparently, I'm not the only one complaining about it.”
