As your order was placed on Saturday, this would not have been dispatched until Monday when our warehouse re-opens. Royal Mail do try to deliver the next day, but this is not a guaranteed service. “I am a regular customer and make a regular order. Never had a problem until recently, the last time I ordered my order was not dispatched on the same day for next day delivery, although I made the order in the morning, well in time for same day dispatch as guaranteed on their website, as a result I had to wait until after the weekend for it to be delivered, and then an extra day for me to be to able to collect it from the depot as the courier didn't leave the package in my safe place as requested, and had to a few days without supplements as a result. Very annoying.
If it happens again when I order again, I will make my future orders elsewhere.”

“I got given link by my doctor and tried to buy product.
Having to register and get password ( it did not arrive) seems too complicated.
Suddenly I got a flurry of emails( prompted by doctor?) and pills arrived next day by costly mail

“I find it really strange that the day after I place an order you ask me to evaluate the service! So far, I have received 3 emails confirming my order and stating that it will be dispatched. Then I received another one saying it had left your warehouse and I could track it on your website. When I clicked on the link provided I was taken to the home page of your website... no idea where to find tracking information....
So, so far I have to submit that service is rather poor... wouldn't you agree?
Further down this page I see a question as to how I communicated with you - in my case via the website which is not even listed !!!”

An email is sent to confirm that you have placed your order online, and also when it has been dispatched from our warehouse to keep you informed of what is happening with your order.
