On checking your delivery, it appears that when you placed your order on line you selected and paid for DPD next working day, and as you placed your order on Friday, this would not normally be delivered until Monday.

“While the delivery was prompt and all purchased products have been delivered in the expected quality and quantity, the delivery service itself via DPD was poor - my customer was at home during the announced delivery schedule, but the driver did not ring the bell. Instead, DPD sent a message to pick up the sending at a supermarket within the customer's building the next day while it was already left there on the scheduled delivery day. Obviously, a bad behaviour of DPD or at least its driver to cut time but confusing to the customer. I recognize that this is not NutriLink's direct fault and on my future purchases which I will do for sure I hope having a better delivery service.”

“The company is run by and staffed by dedicated people, the products are excellent and the postgraduate education is very good.
The website used to work well for me. It was rebuilt and unfortunately is now a lot worse than it was. In particular, the address book facility is totally unfit for purpose. I've tried editing my address book and it doesn't work.
Apparently, I'm not the only one complaining about it.”
