I have checked your account and the item was dispatched to you by DPD courier service on the 6th of February once the error was brought to our attention. “I have been using Nutrlink for years and usually receive an excellent service. However my latest order should have contained 2 bottles of Vitamin D supplement and only contained one. I am hoping this can be resolved soon.”

“Got the tablets really quickly which I was very happy with. They had run out of the 90 tablets size so I bought the 180 size ones thinking they are the same but more. But they came as round tablets (instead of the oval shaped ones) which are a lot harder to swallow. Also the instructions say to take 6 a day on the 180 packet instead of 3 a day for the 90 tablets. So I need to take twice as many and pay nearly twice as much, which doesn't really make sense. If I had known this before hand I would not have bought them.”

On checking your account it appears that when you placed your order on our website you ordered Osteo-B II, but previously you had ordered Osteo-B-Plus which is why there is a difference in recommending dosage, as these are different products. We would suggest that you speak to your Practitioner, Rowena Paxton who can advise with regard to the difference in the products, but if you are unable to make contact with her if you could please call us on 0333 577 0404 our in-house Nutritionist can speak with you. “Very reliable BUT it would be useful to charge duty/customs to us EU people at point of sale. Its a huge faff having to pay our duty separately after already paying Nutri-link (and within a very short time window) when the goods reach my home country. Thanks.”

“I was unable to register for an account via the website. It was so frustrating. When I called to place my order I was told I can register using the Resources tab! A bit random. Wasn?t impressed.”

“Had the goods I wanted but not in the sizes I wanted so had to buy smaller amounts (which cost more per capsule). Delivery took a couple of days which was expected.”
