Hi Andrew,
After further correspondence from yourself, we can confirm that the item you received was the correct product you ordered. If you double-check your invoice, you'll see that the branded product was selected at the time of purchase.
As such, we dispatched the exact item that was requested. We would not substitute it with the generic version of the product, as this is listed separately on our website and must be ordered individually.
