“I had a great experience buying a pet carrier from My Pet Warehouse. Ordering was easy and thr item displayed on the website was exactly the same as the product when it arrived. Delivery was great, in fact a day earlier than expected, but I was notified of this. We'll packaged item. The courier used was on time and very polite. From my experience I would recommend using My Pet Warehouse.”

“the dog food eden holistic is a good price and my dog loves it and he is very picky but the dpd delivery was not so good iwas told by email from dpd that it would be coming on a certain day and a certain hour and it didnt it was another 3 days before it turned up so was quite cross about that”

“We found My Pet Warehouse after veterinary advice to seek the Yora brand of dogfood due to my Staffie girl Amber having a number of gastro intestinal issues. We have been please with her resonse to the Yora brand. A telephone call to MPW was helpfull and also when I had difficulties when trying to log on to place an order, I felt that my order was of value and important to them. We are probably in this for the long run as Ambers condition seems to improve as time goes on we will be buying from you some of the Yora wet food. I will come in one day and say hello.”

“I ordered two boxes of wellness core pate chicken & duck flavour. Each box contains 8 sachets however one box only contained 4. This isn't acceptable at £1.49 a sachet”
