“My recent order arrived quickly and it was well packaged. It's very easy to order from the website and they have a good loyalty scheme. As a customer who has registered I find the order history very useful as mostly I repeat order with a few new extras. I have one small issue regarding my latest order regarding a treat product swap, I'm assuming something was out of stock and a substitute was made. Mostly this isn't a problem but occasionally there have been treats that disagrees with my dogs digestion so I'd prefer a credit just to be on the safe side.”

They use DPD for delivery and they are superb in our area , basically I order day 1 & it is delivered in full , securely packaged , on day 2. Fantastic service.”
