“I ordered treats and catnip toys for our cats for their birthday. When I was looking at the catnip sardines, I was certain two colours came up turquoise and pink, however the two the same colour the former. I queried this but apparently they don't do pink, but I'm sure it came up!! They said I must have got confused with another website! I only looked at their website so inference is I'm stupid which I'm not and is offensive. Poor service, thank you.”
