“My Gaggia had stopped working so I did a zoom call and David the engineer was logical and patient with me, resulting in us going through the steps to identify the fault and diagnose the required spare part. I received it fitted it and can now make my own coffee again. Outstanding service! thank you”

“My ancient Gaggia Baby Class is still running. Thanks to MrBean2cup. The site is so useful to help in finding the right parts. I think it could even be possible to rebuild the whole machine! I would like a shiny new Gaggia Classic or Rancillio Sylvia, but can't justify it while MrBean2cup keeps my old trooper running. I may need a new solenoid next. If I can figure out how to remove it. Many, many thanks.”
