“Great! I needed help with the part I was ordering and used the Talk to a live agent feature. Sophia was really helpful even when I was cut off, she reappeared and carried on the conversation where we’d left off. She found out the size and part number I needed to complete my order. Great service. Item arrived quickly and well packaged. My Delonghi Magnifica now works perfectly again. Very happy customer.”

“Very impressed with the speed and ease. I love the exploded views of the machine to make it easy to get the right part/s. The parts were delivered swiftly and even better in a paper bag no nasty plastic. One happy customer :-) Actually 2 the wife is happy that the coffee machine is working again....”

“Absolutely excellent. Service is good and efficient. The equipment sold is great, and the spares, instructions (diagrams etc), are really helpful as are the team if you really get into difficulty. The prices are also very competitive and the coffee is first rate.”
