“I thought long and hard about getting my Gaggia Carezza repaired - a complete service and Repair job to cure leaking elements and replacement of failing components is almost expensive as buying a new machine. ALMOST BUT NOT when you consider the environmental Impact, the waste and cost of disposal, the package and environmental cost of buying and transporting new. The service and communication from MrBean2cup was exemplary. My coffee now tastes amazing now, too”

“First rate service, thanks. Order was received within 2 days and parts fitted immediately, with no issues having to order seals etc separately (as with some other suppliers). My ageing Gaggia Classic is right back up to standard and I know any future need for spares will be met easily and quickly using your online service. Thanks again team Nick”
