“I only bought a part for my machine, so a review is overkill, really, but it arrived within 2 days. Postage was a bit steep for a rubber gasket which arrived in an envelope, but the service was good overall. I’ll be back next time I need parts for my machine”

“Needed some spare parts to resuscitate our 25 year old coffee machine. They had them in stock and for a quite modest extra fee (roughly one day's lattes from a coffee shop!) delivered in 24 hours.”

“Very difficult to find the part we were after even when direct through the manufacturer. Interactive part figure was super useful. Part arrived very quickly. Expensive and excessive postage for a tiny o ring, should be reduced, but can't fault the service.”
