“Fast service and very well packaged. Mr Bean2cup gave my gaggia classic a full service in 2022 when I needed to replace the steam valve this time I was able to do it myself. My machine gets a lot of use for a home machine but after 14 years it’s still going strong with their help. Can’t get more sustainable than that. Thanks once again.”

“This company gives exemplary customer service. I have ordered many times previously, and items arrive within 2 working days. I also required technical support; which is done via WhatsApp. I thought that this might be a cumbersome way, but in fact it is extremely clever insofar as after making contact and explaining the issue, then being asked to upload a video / photos, the technician immediately came back with solutions to try. Which I did - and after exchanging messages with the technician marking up my photos to point out what to do, the solution was found. This is one of the very best customer services I have ever had from any Company.”
