“The information that you supplied was very helpful in establishing which spare part that I needed and the delivery was timely. However I do consider that the price was frankly on the expensive side which prompted me to even considering making my own with my 3D printer. I buy many articles online and the cost of postage seemed exorbitant to me compared to most items that I buy of a similar size and weight. I am sorry that I cannot give you a better feedback because I think that you provide a good service apart from the issues above”

“We have a Gaggia Baby D, from 2007. We were trying to decide whether to buy a new machine or try to keep ours going. We'd bought a couple of other well-reviewed machines (not Gaggia) and been very disappointed and sent them back. George at Mr Bean took the time to explain why new machines can be disappointing and also explained how to keep ours going. He supplied the relevant parts and for £50, our old machine is making better coffee than ever. What a great company!”

“Largest inventory of parts than any other site for gaggia Pure. A little pricier than most but Mr Bean had the parts i needed and delivery from England to Hawaii took about a week. All parts fit and I am now enjoying espresso again.”

“Brilliant service. They made sure I had ordered the right seals for my particular Gaggia machine (there's 2 versions). The seals were sent (and arrived) very quickly to New Zealand. I can not fault the entire transaction, and am happy to shop again. Have already recommended MrBean2cup to others.”
