“Ordered two thermostats for my espresso pure coffee machine. Received them very quickly. The original thermostats tested to be working ok. But I thought of trying new ones anyway to resolve a boiling, steaming problem. Sadly having installed the new thermostats. Has not cured the problem. Have also descaled machine a couple of times. It could be a boiler fault I guess.”

“If like me you are happy to have a go at repairing stuff yourself, then you're in the right site. Pretty all the parts are available even for my older bean to cup machines. (Synchrony logic and a cubika expresso machine) speak to an engineer before ordering parts for advice on the what the problem might be. The self help questions and answers a bit vague. But on a plus, the repair shop respond pretty quickly to any questions.”

“Thanks to this store, I saved my coffee machine, so I need to give a good review. The graphs available for the machines are extremely helpful, and the delivery was speedy. It was delivered even quicker than expected. They have a lot of original stock, and also some replacements which is what I got. Great store and great customer service.”
