“Great! I needed help with the part I was ordering and used the Talk to a live agent feature. Sophia was really helpful even when I was cut off, she reappeared and carried on the conversation where we’d left off. She found out the size and part number I needed to complete my order. Great service. Item arrived quickly and well packaged. My Delonghi Magnifica now works perfectly again. Very happy customer.”

“Very impressed with the speed and ease. I love the exploded views of the machine to make it easy to get the right part/s. The parts were delivered swiftly and even better in a paper bag no nasty plastic. One happy customer :-) Actually 2 the wife is happy that the coffee machine is working again....”
