“Parts arrived, fitted, worked. Thank You! Only hiccup was the postman posted my parcel to a neighbour, despite the fact I was at home waiting. Luckily, the proof of posting picture gave me a clue as to the parcel wherabouts and the post box was accessible. Phew! otherwise I may have had to wait.”

“I want to thank you for finding a part for my Gaggia. I live in the US, and neither the US-based primary distributor nor parts wholesaler had the part in stock for two months (if at all). Your great staff person, Zsolt, was able to find the right part that was listed as out of stock and make it available for me on your website. Just had my first cappuccino in over a month!
