“Can be great if you speak to them direct. Mail order of a repair part was disappopointing. No guidance towards fitting (the Gaggia manuals are really difficult to make sense of). No invoice.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re always happy to help over the phone — you can reach us on 0203 305 5845, option 8. Regarding fitting instructions: unfortunately, manufacturers do not provide installation guides for the spare parts we sell. However, we do provide exploded diagrams on our website which usually make fitting much easier. If you get stuck at any point, please feel free to contact us and let us know where you’re having trouble — we’ll do our best to guide you. As for the invoice: we went paperless around 10 years ago, so all invoices are sent via PDF email. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you can’t find it, just reply to your order confirmation email. If you didn’t receive any emails from us, it may be due to an incorrect email address at checkout — in that case, simply email us your name and delivery address, and we will locate your order and resend the invoice. “My Gaggia classic has been out of use for 5 years or more when I decided to have a go at getting it back up and running. First job was a full strip down, clean and rebuild and I easily found everything I needed on MrBesn2cup website. All the parts arrived within a day or two and I’m happy to say I now have a fully working Gaggia again so thanks!”
