“Very fast delivery the item it was a basket for Gaggia 53mmm carezza but unfortunately is very loose so I can’t use it I thought it was an original basket but it looks like is aftermarket, nevertheless the service it was good and fast but the item didn’t fit”

“Great service. I was able to identify the part I needed using the diagrams for my machine on the company’s website. I messaged them with a question about the part and Zsolt replied within an hour.
