“I was ordering some new silicone tubes and wasn't sure if the tubing being sold had to be cut to size. My web chat with Zsolt was very helpful (it does need to be cut to size) so the part was ordered. It came as promised and Zsolt subsequently explained how to get access to an inlet port insidethe machine”
