“I was directed to MrBean2cup by Gaggia UK, after they (correctly) assessed a fault on my machine and advised me to get the part from MrBean2cup. The website was easy to follow with the expanding diagrams of the machine and it was also easy to identify and order the part. Delivery was prompt. The only other thing I would have liked was a linkbtoban appropriate YouTube video for actually fitting the part. It required fully dismantling the machine cover and grinder mechanism, so not a quick job!”
