“I'm absolutely blown away by the level of service offered by MrBean2Cup. He helped me diagnose some problems I am having with my bean to cup machine, the milk frother has stopped working. He gave me step by step guidance on changing 2 componant parts & tutored me on electrical testing the circuits. Whilst we haven't pinned down the root cause as yet, I am hopeful with his help that I will get it fixed eventually, I cannot fault his level of service and responsiveness. I think it would be safe to say that I have yet to come across another business that offers such great service, if I could give 6 stars I would!”

“I needed two new o rings for our de longhorn autentica cappuccino bean to cup machine, I had to buy 2 different ones as there was no guidance as to which of the two were the right one for the coupling to the milk carafe. Items delivered quickly and safely packed, but £4 for an o ring? Ridiculous amount of money. Had the one set of o rings I bought (4) been the same price as the other set (4) of o rings they would have got 5 stars. As it is, charging £4 odd for one o ring and £1.50 for another has lost them 2 stars.”

You’re right — one of the O-rings you purchased was an original De’Longhi part, which unfortunately comes at a higher price, while the other was our FDA-approved replacement sourced to offer customers a more affordable option. That’s why the price difference is there. We’ve listed them under the same position number so customers can see they’re interchangeable, but we completely understand it might not be obvious when choosing online.
