“Everything was great, fast delivery”

“I received my order very quickly, however found that one item had a security tag attached. I was informed if I wanted to keep the item, I would need to get some pliers and remove the tag myself or send it back. There were no assurances about the jacket being sent back to me, it was one of the last remaining sizes.When emailed about possibly not having pliers I never received a response. I had to go and buy pliers to remove the tag myself. Poor customer service, will not be shopping here again.”

“Very quick dispatch of order, very responsive customer service. The reason I'm giving Minox 4 and not 5 star are the big plastic tags they use to prevent people abusing returns. While I understand the need, I wished they would use something more environmentally friendly or resusable eg the tags are designed in a way that they can be sent back to Minox for them to re-use.”

“Their customer service was horrible. I am a personal assistant and ordered a pair of shoes. Seems like their size chart is off. Tried to return then with all the tags on and never warn and they wouldn't do it. We just wanted the next size up. It shouldn't have been that difficult. Will never order from them again.”

“I wish all companies could be this efficient. Amazing service received, I ordered an item over Christmas and received a good discount. “Was kept up to date with Emails, the order was dispatched on time and delivered within a couple of days, the only downside was the item did not come in the colour I wanted which was beige (listed as dusk) it came grey, I kept the item but it's a lesson in ordering over the internet”
