Very quick dispatch of order, very responsive customer service. The reason I'm giving Minox 4 and not 5 star are the big plastic tags they use to prevent people abusing returns. While I understand the need, I wished they would use something more environmentally friendly or resusable eg the tags are designed in a way that they can be sent back to Minox for them to re-use.
