“Their customer service was horrible. I am a personal assistant and ordered a pair of shoes. Seems like their size chart is off. Tried to return then with all the tags on and never warn and they wouldn't do it. We just wanted the next size up. It shouldn't have been that difficult. Will never order from them again.”

“Placed an order online on Friday afternoon. They state all orders will ship next business day. It is now Tuesday and there is no order update. I have called and emailed and no response.”

“I bought a jacket but it was massive, returned it. It’s been over a week and the refund has still not been processed. Absolute joke of a service.”

“Awful service. Item received was defective so I have to return it. Despite saying that it it will take 2-3 days from the day the return was accepted I had to chase the refund multiple times and still have not received it. It is now saying that it will take 14 on the response! This is clearly not what they have promised on their return policy. Returned item was restocked on their website and available to buy again for other customers but I am not receiving my money back! Customer service is not being helpful neither. Would not recommend anyone to buy. Over 500 GBP they are not refunding me”

“Purchased a pair of Church's shoes for my daughter's Xmas. Shoes arrived and one shoe was clearly damaged. Transpires that shoes were ex-display bit not advertised as such. MINOX conceded that shoes did not meet quality standard and, as they were the last pair, offered a smaller size (hardly practical without surgery) or a refund as no other pair available in the correct size. Not great a week away from Xmas...”
