“Awful service. Item received was defective so I have to return it. Despite saying that it it will take 2-3 days from the day the return was accepted I had to chase the refund multiple times and still have not received it. It is now saying that it will take 14 on the response! This is clearly not what they have promised on their return policy. Returned item was restocked on their website and available to buy again for other customers but I am not receiving my money back! Customer service is not being helpful neither. Would not recommend anyone to buy. Over 500 GBP they are not refunding me”

“I ordered a Max Mara cardigan from the US and Iwas pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I had read a lot of negative reviews in general from stores in Europe especially when it comes to returns. When I ordered the cardigan, I thought I was sure that I would keep it. However, it seemed to fit a little larger than I liked and did not want to spend $1000 on something that I was not excited to wear. The impressive part was that they refunded my money the day my parcel got there. The only thig that they can improve upon is give an estimate or the range of the shipping cost that they will deduct. They clearly say on their website that return shipping cost and custom duties cannot be refunded. So, I wanted to find out roughly how much the charges would be before I shipped it back. I mean, if the shipping and fees were going to be a few hundred dollars, I may have wanted to figure out other options. So, I sent them an e-mail asking about the shipping and other fees. Instead, I was just sent a return shipping laebl. So, I crossed my fingers and shipped the item back hoping the fees were not exorbitant. Luckily it ended up being around $20, and I was happy. Just that had I known beforehand, I could have saved myself a lot of stress!”
