“The system worked well they filtered calls for us as a business and passed them on to the relevant persons. The call handlers were friendly and courteous when on the phone. Only had issues when trying to reach customer service to speak about our business account. They would always try and pass me on to no avail. Then would suggest they give me a callback.”
