I purchased 2 items a Disney frozen doll set and individual Anna frozen doll that had a light up skirt, the doll arrived and did not light up so I contacted customer service and explained this and wanted to return as it wasn’t working, only to be told to change the batteries first as they couldn’t accept it as faulty. As a present for a friends daughter I couldn’t open it and destroy the packaging so i refused to. They wouldn’t pay for the return so I had to pay myself. Absolutely disgusting service. When you purchase an item that has a function it should work for the consumer to show them what it does. The consumer should not have to replace batteries, which please note ‘where not demo ones’ on a new item purchased. Would never purchase from this company again.
