Hi Ruth, I'm very sorry that the packing on the item you ordered was damaged. After looking into this, it looks like there is an issue with the stock of this item. We have now refunded you the full cost of the action figure, please allow 3-5 working days for this to show with your payment method. “I have to be honest came across site by accident and I’d never heard of them before. So was very unsure what to expect. All I can say is I’d definitely use ago and would have no problem recommend them. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no problems whatsoever.”

“Ordering and delivery were fine - there was the immediate confirmation on the website when ordering and I got delivery info several days later from the delivery company used, but despite entering my email address when ordering, I never received anything direct in between from Maqio at all - not an order confirmation, nor dispatch confirmation etc, (nothing in junk folder either). I have since received this email request for a review from them, so they CAN send emails to me (i.e. they aren't blocked), but it was slightly frustrating waiting for some sort of confirmation when it was a gift for my son's birthday and I had to wait to see if I needed to order something else if this order wasn't confirmed.”

Hi Phil, Sorry you did not receive the email confirmation and shipping confirmation. I have checked our systems and an order confirmation and shipping email were sent to the email address you provided. Please check your junk as they can sometimes end up there. I'm happy to hear you received your order and you are happy with your products 😊

“MY TWO YOUNG NIECES ARE MORE THAN DELIGHTED WITH THEIR SCIENTIST DOLLS - THEY THINK SHE IS FANTASTIC AND UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT BEHIND HER. CONTINUALLY PLAYING WITH THEM AND EXPLAINING TO PEOPLE WHY THEIR DOLLS ARE SO DIFFERENT... OF COURSE THE GIRLS HAVE THEIR OWN LAB COATS AND WEAR GOGGLES THE INTEREST OF GOOD PRACTICE HEALTH AND SAFETY... WELL DONE!”
