“I bought 20 hot wheels. (2 sets) all the card board on most of them was bent. One of the cars had multiple holes in the plastic. I emailed Maqio to see if they can replace the 1 car. And they told me that I need to send all of my items back. (Which then will cost myself money). Really not very happy with there reply. First time I used Maqio and I was very disappointed.”

Hi Daniel, As it was the packaging of the product that was damaged we did offer you a refund of 30% for the damaged packed items or to return the items for a refund or a replacement. As these were bought as a set, this is why we needed you to send the full set back. We are still happy to refund you the 30% if you wish
