“Absolutely despicable service. I ordered a toy for my daughter. I waited a week with no shipping updates whatsoever. Contacted Maqio via email to then be told they had no shipping details for me and that they had lost my order!!!!! I received a refund but I have one very disappointed little girl thanks to Maqio and its incompetent service.”

Hi Samantha, Your order was dispatched with Hermes 19/04/2021 the day after you placed your order. Unfortunately, on rare occasions parcels can get lost with the courier and this seems to be what happened with your order. As soon as you notified us of your missing delivery we refunded the full amount paid. I'm sorry you were unhappy with the service but there some things that are out of our control, I'm afraid. 🙂

“After being let down terribly by amazon I came across this website. I was in desperate need of a baby alive which amazon cancelled my order 3 days before my little girls birthday. I gave Maqio a call spoke with a fantastic member of staff called grace and checked what I needed was in stock. Placed my order and it was with me the next day. I will always use these now before amazon or smyths . 10/10 for this company. Thanks you grace”

“Used this company a lot and have always been great! Just had one episode this time where I forgot to add an item to my cart and then had to pay postage on it. They didn’t want to help me out on this even though I buy from they a lot. Then they didn’t reply to my emails. A good company but a shame they didn’t show a little customer loyalty just the once!”
