Absolutely despicable service. I ordered a toy for my daughter. I waited a week with no shipping updates whatsoever. Contacted Maqio via email to then be told they had no shipping details for me and that they had lost my order!!!!! I received a refund but I have one very disappointed little girl thanks to Maqio and its incompetent service.
