“My first order with Maqio for Barbie dolls and I was very pleased with the great prices and quick delivery. I will definitely shop with them again. At first I had to check it was a real company, I have never heard of them before the shop showed up on Google results. My daughter had specific request for couple of Barbie dolls and they were cheaper than Amazon.”

“The order if a mermaid Barbie arrived in time but unfortunately the item had a faulty flashing button. Despite sending pictures and describing the problem in detail I was only offered a partial refund. I was offered an exchange but was also told that the others were all exactly the same, which means they were all faulty, which I find weird!”

“Although the products are usually ok, I've emailed customer service 3 times about some damaged items that were received and no one ever replies. Seems that they are happy to take your money but don't want to help you when you received damaged items (4 in my case) It's put me off from buying from them again.”

“Nothing wrong with product, the main issue was I ordered one but had three acknowledgement emails and had to pay for three items. I contacted Magio but still received THREE, I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THE EXTRA TWO ITEMS...... I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!”
