Order was sent quickly. I was missing a small fidget popper. When I contacted them, they asked me to send a photo of my order. Surely it would just be my order minus the fidget. What kind of evidence is that. Apart from that, order received well

Box came and toy was loose inside not how it should of been and box all ripped was a Christmas present but couldn’t give it the way it came

Toy was ok but open/close mechanism is very stiff so child cannot open it.

Lot of cars arrived damaged because of poor packaging at Maqio depot. Maqio agreed return and replacements but initially I had to pay return postage and then further contact them to get this refunded. No compensation or additional items offered for the problems suffered but I did get replacement cars.. Customer care was ok but not the best

Ordered from Maqio a few times now, last time I’ve ordered the items were damaged, emailed their customer support, got no answer. Won’t be ordering anything again, if they can’t be bothered to reply I can’t be bothered to order.

I ordered a birthday present for my nephew in what I thought would arrive in time. The tracker system of my item was going well at first, then it suddenly stopped moving around Milton Keynes and failed to arrive. I contacted the company and spoke to Stacy. She was great. A replacement item was resent which arrived a few days later. My nephew eventually got his present which he loved.

good products, excellent prices but there definitely needs to be some improvement regarding postal packaging - bit of a lucky dip as to weather the items will arrive in good condition

Disappointed that amongst our order we bought two booster selection packs and one had two of the exact same item visible of the 3 included. No good as present and obviously not one anyone would have picked themselves, but as they were for siblings we can’t give either now. Contacted company who just asked if we wanted to return it which would have been more expense and hassle to give them away. Unfortunately we were then asked for a review so here it is. Has put us off ordering again to be honest.

Made up my basket with other items to get free delivery as per top bar on website. Delighted when it changed to say you’ve qualified for free delivery. Delivery then wasn’t free to north yet. Ireland…should have said that restrictions apply on top bar. Otherwise good delivery etc.

I'm sorry you were disappointed by the free shipping Laura. We are limited to what we can have appear in the free shipping notification bar at the top of the website but our full delivery details can be found here https://www.maqio.com/pages/delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to any offshore address including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Ordering and delivery were fine - there was the immediate confirmation on the website when ordering and I got delivery info several days later from the delivery company used, but despite entering my email address when ordering, I never received anything direct in between from Maqio at all - not an order confirmation, nor dispatch confirmation etc, (nothing in junk folder either). I have since received this email request for a review from them, so they CAN send emails to me (i.e. they aren't blocked), but it was slightly frustrating waiting for some sort of confirmation when it was a gift for my son's birthday and I had to wait to see if I needed to order something else if this order wasn't confirmed.

Hi Cheryl! The Among Us Blind Box Figures are "blind" which means there is no way to tell which figures you will get. If you are unhappy with your purchase and it is in resalable condition you can always return to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund 😊

no email to say that it's been shipped or anything. I emailed to ask where my order was and even tho it turned up the next morning i still had no reply from them
