“no email to say that it's been shipped or anything. I emailed to ask where my order was and even tho it turned up the next morning i still had no reply from them”

Hi Natasha, Our shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically when orders are dispatched. They can sometime end up in your junk folder. I'm sorry you didn't receive a reply but we cannot seem to find any messages or emails sent by you. “The order has not been fulfilled according to tracking info below was not received and cancelled, I have not received a refund or a reason why the order has not been fulfilled. After following up refund was submitted Shipment cancelled We never received this shipment from the sender, so the shipment has been cancelled. Contact the sender for help with this package.”

“I placed a few ordered over the weeks before christmas, first order was great came in good time and all items there. I then ordered again in which I was waiting for the arrival and then out of nowhere my order was cancelled I didn't cancel the order when I called they didn't know why my order was cancelled either, which I then had to reorder which to pay again and then have to wait for the refund, it made no sense. Thankfully I was able to do this otherwise christmas would of been awful.”
