Hi Cheryl! The Among Us Blind Box Figures are "blind" which means there is no way to tell which figures you will get. If you are unhappy with your purchase and it is in resalable condition you can always return to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund 😊

Hi Nicola, As you can imagine, it can take us a few days to process returns. Your return was processed Friday and a refund for your item was issued today (due to the bank holiday) 😊

“no email to say that it's been shipped or anything. I emailed to ask where my order was and even tho it turned up the next morning i still had no reply from them”

Hi Natasha, Our shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically when orders are dispatched. They can sometime end up in your junk folder. “The order has not been fulfilled according to tracking info below was not received and cancelled, I have not received a refund or a reason why the order has not been fulfilled. After following up refund was submitted Shipment cancelled We never received this shipment from the sender, so the shipment has been cancelled. Contact the sender for help with this package.”

“I placed a few ordered over the weeks before christmas, first order was great came in good time and all items there. I then ordered again in which I was waiting for the arrival and then out of nowhere my order was cancelled I didn't cancel the order when I called they didn't know why my order was cancelled either, which I then had to reorder which to pay again and then have to wait for the refund, it made no sense. Thankfully I was able to do this otherwise christmas would of been awful.”
