“The ring is lovely, and my spouse adores it. The website was simple to use and ideal for tailoring to your specific requirements. I was dubious at first buying online, but after a few days of looking around and doing my homework, I discovered Lorel Diamonds to be the best option. I contacted to get an estimate of potential delivery times and I was informed approximately 3 weeks but I was planning a trip within 10 days and I wanted to take the ring with me. The customer care team took my number and called back within 15 minutes to inform me that they could complete and deliver the ring before my trip. As promised the ring arrived on time and it was stunning. Very grateful indeed.”
