Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt like I was making an informed purchase. The ring arrived on time and was stunning - my partner had no choice but to say yes. Without anything to go by, the recommended ring size by the team was so close to a perfect fit (just a tiny bit too big). This was no issue - sent the item back and had it resized quickly and free of charge. We had no hesitation in ordering our wedding rings from them also and received the same high-quality service. “Luckily I was able to pick my own engagement ring. The lorel website was my favourite because it was easy to use and had enough information without confusing me. I am not local to the showroom so I requested one of their virtual appointments. This really helped me narrow the selection of rings untill I finally had my heart set on the Adriana design. Having the virtual appointment also helped me understand the attributes of the Diamond and helped guide me within my budget. The ring arrived after 2 week and I was blown away. The sparkle coming from the ring was like nothing I had ever seen before. To say I am extatic is an understatement. Thank you Thank you and I will be back for wedding rings soon. Molly”

“Wedding plans all completed but we had forgotten about the Weddings Rings aaahhh. After a frantic browse online we came across the Lorel website and found matching rings which we both liked. We contatced Lorel to explain our situation and immediatelely they managed to calm the situation and promised the rings would be delivered before our wedding day. They certainly did keep this promise and the beautiful rings arrived exactly on time. After the wedding we returned my ring to be resizied (which was a free service from Lorel) and it was back with me within 5 working days. What an amazing experience all round.”
