Founded by a Senior Neonatal Nurse in 2017, Little Mouse Baby Clothing and Gifts is an independent family-run business specialising in quality clothes, accessories and gifts for premature babies (and now bigger babies too!).

You won't find a wider range of premature baby clothes anywhere in the UK, with lovely clothing for babies weighing 1.5lb upwards. We focus on practical, right-sized, and stylish baby clothes, with lots of organic items too.

Orders are sent in lovely plastic-free packaging as standard, with worldwide delivery available, including free delivery in the UK.

“Absolutely great service, ordered a little snowsuit/pramsuit for my premature grandson. Ordered it Tuesday morning and received it next day at normal standard delivery price. Great quality and best service ever. Thank you.!!”

“I purchased some tiny baby items to donate to the unit where our son was born sleeping recently and told Gill my plans. She very kindly donated some more things and I’m delivering them to the hospital tomorrow. Thank you so so much. Super quick delivery and beautiful things that will be useful for other families in our position x”

“I ordered clothes from here when my boy was born preterm in 2020 and they were fab. Ordered again yesterday for a friend's prem baby and the clothes were delivered in under 24 hours without upgrading delivery! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your company and your exceptional service. It meant so much to me to be able to dress my boy in his own clothes that fit properly and I'm so happy I could give the same gift to someone else!”

“I've ordered from Little Mouse quite a few times now as the clothes are so beautifully made, supersoft and styled especially for tiny babies:) The service is second to none and arrives beautifully packaged and normally the next day. The soft blankets and muslins are to die for - so soft but enveloping and pretty designs.”
