Founded by a Senior Neonatal Nurse in 2017, Little Mouse Baby Clothing and Gifts is an independent family-run business specialising in quality clothes, accessories and gifts for premature babies (and now bigger babies too!).

You won't find a wider range of premature baby clothes anywhere in the UK, with lovely clothing for babies weighing 1.5lb upwards. We focus on practical, right-sized, and stylish baby clothes, with lots of organic items too.

Orders are sent in lovely plastic-free packaging as standard, with worldwide delivery available, including free delivery in the UK.

“Thank goodness for this company. The customer service is above and beyond they totally understand that when you are buying prem clothes you are in a rush as nothing else fits , apart from being in a rush you are beyond worried and don?t really have the time to shop !!! I am grandma and I was treated with empathy, compassion with the right amount of excitement for the new baby . Some people get it right . Thank you”

Our granddaughter was only 3lb 9oz?s and we found all supermarket tiny ranges were to big. Little Mouse Baby Clothing were great in suppling correct size clothing which helped a great deal. “Excellent quality and great service....I just hope my nephew gets to wear the clothes, he was born 3lbs 5ozs and I ordered the 3-5lbs size, once he is out of the incubator and off all the tubes they can then dress him. Bless little Jacob Peter”

“What an awesome company! Such thoughtful products, beautifully packaged and quickly sent with postal updates throughout. My best friend?s beautiful premature daughter wore her incubator-friendly vintage rose dress as her first outfit - they loved it and the neonatal nurses thought it was great! More gifts, including a very cute elf hat, bought for Christmas. Great business and super service - thanks Little Mouse!”

“Came across this website whilst looking online for premature baby clothing. There is a lovely selection to choose from! Delivered in good time, reasonably priced, and I was over the moon with the quality of the item I purchased. Item was perfectly accompanied by a lovely handwritten card, (a personal message). “Super quick delivery and absolutely beautiful products. The vest and hat set that I bought for my friend?s new tiny baby girl set off tears from most people I showed it to! As a brand you have been so considerate and thoughtful with the products you sell. Your website has really helped me in a time where I have had no clue where to start or how to deal with an extremely premature little one coming into the world, and how best to support someone I love becoming a new parent before they were supposed to.”
