Founded by a Senior Neonatal Nurse in 2017, Little Mouse Baby Clothing and Gifts is an independent family-run business specialising in quality clothes, accessories and gifts for premature babies (and now bigger babies too!).

You won't find a wider range of premature baby clothes anywhere in the UK, with lovely clothing for babies weighing 1.5lb upwards. We focus on practical, right-sized, and stylish baby clothes, with lots of organic items too.

Orders are sent in lovely plastic-free packaging as standard, with worldwide delivery available, including free delivery in the UK.

“I discovered little mouse when my little girl was in NICU. I struggled for clothing till I discovered little mouse. The little pink cardigans are beautiful, I finally felt my little girl was a normal baby who i could finally dress in perfect little outfits. Also there little shoe socks were a god send, kept her feet warm whilst allowing the moniters to stay in place. Amazing quality, all items are so so soft, brilliant value for money and swift delivery. I'd highly recommend. Xxxx”

“Finding clothes to fit a teeny baby is difficult but the clothes I purchased fit really well and are true to size. The clothes are lovely quality and keep baby snug and warm and I am so glad I purchased them. They were also delivered extremely quickly which was a relief. I would definitely buy from this site again.”

“I ordered three pairs of prem baby leggings, all the same size. They arrived promptly, packaged beautifully and great quality items. However, one of the pairs of leggings were quite clearly a much smaller size than the other two pairs even though they all had the same size written on the label. They don?t fit my grandson so have been donated to the NICU (so all is not lost!) Having said this, I know that I would have been offered a full refund from Little mouse. The other two pairs are fabulous and fit him beautifully.”

“A great site and adorable items. I did have a problem with the delivery which was no fault of the company but all the way through trying to sort things out they were quick to respond and very helpful. I am looking forward to using them more once my little granddaughter has safely arrived. Highly recommend”

“Really good selection of clothes at reasonable prices. It was so nice to be able to have a choice of styles and colours and the delivery was very quick with everything wrapped in tissue paper laid in a box that could go through the letter box.”
