Founded by a Senior Neonatal Nurse in 2017, Little Mouse Baby Clothing and Gifts is an independent family-run business specialising in quality clothes, accessories and gifts for premature babies (and now bigger babies too!).

You won't find a wider range of premature baby clothes anywhere in the UK, with lovely clothing for babies weighing 1.5lb upwards. We focus on practical, right-sized, and stylish baby clothes, with lots of organic items too.

Orders are sent in lovely plastic-free packaging as standard, with worldwide delivery available, including free delivery in the UK.

“My grandaughter was born at 24 weeks weighing 1lb 11oz and it was wonderful to find clothes that actually fit her tiny frame. I do think they are rather expensive but fortunately I am in a position where I can afford them. I will certainly purchase more items as she grows. Thank you”

“I was delighted to find somewhere I could buy hats for my premature daughter. The designs are lovely and hats are a really nice quality. I ordered at Christmas time and was surprised by how quickly they arrived. Will be buying more items in the future.”

“I really struggled to find a snowsuit that fit my little boy, he was born 6lbs5oz which SHOULD be newborn sizes but he is soo small, he's in tiny baby/premie sizes, the snowsuit i bought is such good quality! Fits my baby well and its very good quality! Lovely and thick and keeps my little nipper warm!”

“This was a gift for an early baby and I asked for it to be sent directly as the small size was needed and lockdown prevented a visit. My request was acknowled and dealt with speedily and although I haven't personally seen the items the new mum was delighted. Would definitely purchase again.”
