“Extremely helpful, I changed my order at the very last minute and was very happy that they were able to sort it even though the delivery man was just about to set off! The tank was perfect for the fish I had and was very good value for money”

“Really excellent customer service. My order was delayed by the supplier. I chased up my order and was dealt with with by polite, courteous and helpful staff, and they explained what had happened. Once received from the supplier, my order was dispatched and delivered the next day. I would have given five star, but i had to make contact first. A quick email would have made all the difference. My order was a complete fish tank, excellent price and quality. Now set up, it looks lovely.”

Great to hear the product arrived with you! There were some delays with Royal Mail as they didn't collect on Monday/Tuesday due to the heat wave. Normally they are really good at getting orders to customers within 24 hours.
