“I recently bought salt online from them, only to find that they would not honour the published price. They refused to offer any form of apology or compensation and to date have refunded my money as agreed. Lincs aquatics customer service is appalling and I would not recommend online purchasing from this company do so at Your peril !”

“Good prices and choice on website, quality, healthy plants. However poor communication between departments in that of the eleven plants I ordered I received three substituted plants without prior notice so was left to make a decision to accept or reject on receipt and without knowing what the alternate plants were. I contacted the company to explain and say how disappointed I was about this but as yet have not had an explanation.”

Hello, So I have just looked into this. Firstly sorry for the no reply to your email. I can see you have sent a couple in. The software we use is "smart" and automatically assigns emails to the staff it is relevant for. On this occasion, the second email you sent was assigned to a member of staff who no longer works with us, but their account is still currently active. However, I can see the original email chain. We did make contact with you the day before but they were unable to connect a call with you & after your delivery, the manager gave you their number to call them. They have requested that you use this number and drop them a call and they will get this resolved!
