“JBL Novo Tom is becoming increasingly difficult to buy any where. Thankfully these guys had it, and after some reorganizing by the IT team the order was on its way. “Ordered water feature and paid for in May as website said in stock (unlike other sellers who freely admitted no stock but garnered interest and a notification when available). The item was finally delivered mid August. In between there was no communcation except for me chasing down intermittently. Problem was with the manufacturer supply to Lincs Aquatics but even so I would be dubious about buying from them in the future.”
