“Ordered at 8:12am on Wednesday paid extra for next day delivery. The item wasn't dispatched until the following Monday arriving Tuesday which defeats the object of paying for next day delivery. Apart from that item was fine.”

I can see the following: Date Ordered: 26th November 2022, 9:40 am Dispatch By: 28th November 2022 Delivery Date: 1st December 2022 Date Dispatched: 29th November 2022, 10:48 am Your item was sent out by Royal Mail, there are some major backlogs at our local depot. I am unable to find any emails sent to us, we have had an issue with our emails and we did contact all customers regarding this. Please email LincsAquaitcsUK@Gmail.com
