I am now on my second cabinet from Lincs Aquatics that I am still waiting to be delivered. Although the company have been professional in their solution it has been a big inconvenience for me and my family.

Hi, we are sorry for the delays you have faced in receiving your order. However please see below the information we have on your order: Date Ordered: 26th November 2022, 3:31 pm Dispatch By: 29th November 2022 Estimated Delivery Date: 2nd December 2022 Unfortunately due to the strikes, this was not met, and we do apologise for this. Looking at the tracking information it is on its way to you so should be there soon! Once again we are sorry, and are currently looking for an alternative company to use instead of Royal Mail.

Poor service. Blame Royal Mail for strikes but having known this could have sent it via DHL. I ordered several supplies from other pond suppliers and they all arrived within a couple of days. Staff don't appear to care and not even an apology offered or an offer to follow up.

Following on from the phone call we have just had; We spoke with our local depot prior to strikes, and they said that there should be no major impact, but there may be a couple of days' delay. We did send out an email informing customers of this prior to the strikes and have taken further steps to make sure this is clear during the checkout process. We have added a 10-day delivery window, and have a notice on the checkout page. During the checkout stage, there are options where you can pick your own delivery method, you picked the Royal Mail option. There is an option for upgrading to FedEx, we allow you the customer to pick your preferred delivery option. We have contacted our local depot, but they can not give us an update on individual orders and have advised they will be processed when they get to them. In a comment to your last statement, "Staff don't appear to care and not even an apology offered or an offer not to follow up". I did apologise at the start of the conversation, and before I could even apologise at the end of the conversation we had, or even mention to you the worst-case scenario you cut the phone off. Sorry if you felt that I was not caring. Worst-case scenario: Royal Mail have 30 days from the dispatched date to get the parcel to you, if the item is not with you during this time, only then can a claim be made for "lost" parcels. Until the 30 days have passed there is very little we can do. I can assure you that our manager is on the phone every day, and has even popped down to see what the delay is. He has even offered to pick all the parcels up and try again but this is not an option.
