“Delivery was next day but 3 hrs later than scheduled without any updates so wasted my Saturday afternoon. Aquarium prices not always the cheapest but they do deliver into the house if it’s their own van, rather than kerbside drop like others. Just carefully check the spec of the aquarium. In-store very helpful and despite being busy had time to talk and offer advice.”

“You sent the wrong item We ordered 105/205 106/206 and you sent 106/107 206/207 the phosphate filters are no good to me I needed Ammonia media and I’m not sending it back as it would cost me even more money not happy at all …”
