“Bought a replacement filter online from this company, couple of days later l was told item out of stock, wouldn't have ordered it if this had been flagged up at the time of purchase. Decided to go ahead with the order but having waited over 2 weeks, decided to purchase one elsewhere which arrived in two days.I sent an email to cancel the order and receive a refund. Received email stating refund was being processed. I emailed to ask where my refund was,no reply. Next message l received was to say my item had been dispatched. I don't think in all my online transactions l have dealt with a company that doesn't answer emails and then continue to send an item after they have assured me,l would receive a refund. Needless to say l will not be using them again”

“I have been waiting for delivery for 4 weeks now (various items), every time I call I am given a 48 hour delivery time, and unfortunately I am still waiting... poor customer service, unreliable, items that were delivered were damaged, I would not recommend this company... I have now asked for a refund as they cannot deliver what they promise and that seems to be a problem too - a very disappointed customer here... I am glad not everyone has had a similar experience, but I certainly would not buy anything from them myself”
