Thank you for taking your time and leaving us a review! On looking at your order I can see that no house number was left, just a street name. We do have a post code checker that runs in the background to verify the address is correct and that no errors were picked up here. Apologies for this, and glad you got your order ok.

“I appreciated receiving a personal email from Dave at Lincs Aquatics to say that the item I had ordered was currently unavailable due to problems with their computer system, however, I was given the option to either be sent an ex-display version or receive a refund or keep the item on order. I was happy to keep it on order and it has now been safely delivered to my relative as a surprise late Christmas present! She loves the badger! For me, this was very good service with a good outcome.Thank you.”

“My order was placed online on a Sunday and I was issued a confirmation number, but received no email. On the Wednesday, I received a call to advise me that one item wasn’t in stock, and offering me an alternative or a partial refund, which I accepted. Approximately one week later, having not received any confirmation, goods nor refund, I called and spoke with another (senior) staff member. Though he was not able to explain the lack of comm’s, he was able to locate my order, see that the previous discussion had not been fully implemented and complete it. The goods and partial refund were received 2-3 days later. Because of the inexplicable issue with my order, and the fact that I had to chase it, I cannot give 5 stars, but once the issue was raised with them, the way Lincs. Aquatics dealt with my order was excellent, so I can happily recommend them.”

“Bought Juwel LED tank lights at an excellent price. Item was supposedly in stock when ordered but this turned out to be an IT error. However, I was kept well informed by excellent customer services and item was re-stocked within the week and order arrived in good time.”
