“The item I ordered online ended up not actually being in stock but I was emailed by them and offered an alternative. They were quick to respond to my questions via email and once I agreed to the alternative item it was sent out promptly and delivered in perfect condition”

“I have given a count of five because I am unable to find any fault with the packaging and speed of delivery one expects from your company. “Fabulous fast delivery. I had ordered this fluval cabinet a month earlier at the cheaper price but gave up waiting and luckily found another at lincs aquatics. It was delivered within 3days. It’s a good heavy cabinet. I have abit of a problem closing the push door. I have to open both doors and close them at the same time. Apart from that I’m very pleased.”
